Oconomowoc Whole-House & Garage Renovation

Matt Kirchoff purchased this Oconomowoc, Wisconsin property as a foreclosure in fall 2018. He self-performed approximately 95% of the demolition and renovation work, subcontracting some HVAC work. The garage demanded major structural intervention: Matt demolished more than half of the old garage to repair roof rafters and perimeter framing, then installed a new garage door, siding and roof. The project is a hands-on rehabilitation shaped by the conditions discovered on site and forms part of TKG’s historic Wisconsin portfolio.
