Understand the purpose.
We start with what the space needs to do and the priorities behind the project.
ABOUT / THE KIRCHOFF GROUP
Built with intention.
We focus on thoughtfully scaled residential work: spaces shaped by the people who use them, the places they occupy and the practical decisions that bring them to life.
HOW WE THINK
Clear decisions. Careful work.
Respect the context.
The site, existing conditions, systems and approvals deserve attention before a plan becomes fixed.
Connect idea to build.
We keep technical choices and the finished experience in view throughout the work.
TWO COASTS
Local conditions. Shared approach.
Southern California and Coastal Rhode Island + Beyond bring different climates, sites and project questions. The commitment to thoughtful planning carries across both.
