Landers Master Bathroom Remodel

Completed in fall 2024, this Landers bathroom remodel transformed a dated space around the client's distinctive finish preferences: light-pink hexagonal and subway tile, satin brass/gold fixtures and a modern finish package. TKG handled demolition, plumbing and electrical reconfiguration, insulation, fixture installation, drywall replacement and paint. Approximately 90% of the scope was self-performed, with tile installation completed by a subcontractor. Coordinating consistent spacing and clean hexagonal patterns across the wall and floor surfaces was an important finish detail. The rebuilt bathroom includes a new bathtub and toilet, a wall-mounted vanity, a backlit mirror and a built-in towel niche beside the tub. The project demonstrates the trade coordination and attention to detail that even a compact interior renovation can require.
