We welcome introductions from established independent trade businesses available for project-based work, and from experienced professionals interested in part-time employee opportunities as needs develop. We are building a network of established construction and specialty trade businesses for residential projects as needed. We welcome partners who manage their own work, value careful execution, coordinate well with other trades and communicate clearly with clients and the team.

Part-time construction work
We also welcome interest from experienced construction professionals who may prefer a part-time employee role. As project needs develop, we may consider approximately 10–20 hours per week. We have not announced a specific opening or guaranteed schedule.
