Broker & Owner
Matt loves to build things. It could be an addition to the chicken coop, a kitchen remodel, or a real estate firm that brings his passion for people and houses together in a business built on integrity, honesty and fairness. Real estate isn’t just a job, or even a career for Matt; it’s who he is and what he loves.
With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison, an Executive MBA from UW-Milwaukee’s Lubar School of Business, and eight years in the US Army Corp of Engineers, Matt’s extensive construction and engineering knowledge is something you don’t often see in the real estate brokerage world. He knows how the concrete foundation was poured, how the frame was constructed and can verbally break down a house to its most basic materials and then build it back up so that his clients understand exactly what they’re buying or selling.

Meeting new people and helping clients buy or sell their home is Gen’s passion. They say, “Do what you love,” and that’s exactly what Gen does! Having spent 25 years in the service industry as a dental hygienist, she provided education, customer service, and built relationships that are sure to last a lifetime.
Gen’s love of the real estate industry started at a young age when she would accompany her father, who owned a roofing company, on his inspections and proposals. She learned the value of educating clients, acting as their advocate, and maintaining consistent communication. Gen prides herself on creative marketing, accurate pricing, and strong negotiation skills that get her clients the results they strive for!
Gen grew up in Lake Country and enjoys sharing her love and knowledge of all it has to offer! She cherishes time spent with her family and friends, and holds her two shihtzu poos, Marley and Bella, close to her heart. Gen loves to travel, read, and is generally athletic with the exception of her golf game! She is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about animal rescue. She comes to The Kirchoff Group with 14 years of real estate experience in her home state of Illinois. These diverse experiences introduced Lisa to new people, big ideas, and global concepts that have helped shape the person she is today. Her entrepreneurial drive attenuates her focus on providing clients with insights and resources to find their dream properties within budget and in a timely manner. Passionate about all things real estate, Lisa is a creative idea girl, cook, country-girl wannabe, lover of wine, and mother to a senior chocolate lab.

Brynn is a natural caregiver. Her emotional intelligence, sharp intellect, thoughtfulness, and ability to hear what isn’t being said stem from her training and experience as a neonatal intensive care nurse.
In real estate, like nursing, details are important. Brynn pays attention to all the big and small things that matter most to our clients. She sees the themes and underlying connections others often miss (and after multiple showings, she’ll remember what a client liked about the very first home we showed them).
